Scope and content

One of the bulletins introduces the bought and sold properties, the newly-built buildings and financial reports of 1893-1905 and 1905-1907. A conclusion and decision on the report sent to Constantinople by the Patriarchate of Jerusalem. One of the bulletins is on the orphans, the struggle between the two opposing parties inside the patriarchate (for and against Ghevond), the inner situation of the patriarchate. With another bulletin a group a monks ask the Patriarch of Constantinople to let their outcast friends return to Jerusalem. The minute extracts are on the illegitimacies of pro-Ghevondians, there is also information on the investigative committee's actions. The last letter is on the escape of seven vardapets to the convent of Joppe, the tensions betweem Armenian citizens and the requestors of reports, the incompetence of Patriarch Harutyun, the chaos inside the brotherhood, falcifications, clashes between citizens and some monks.
