The estimated costs of the fringes requested to be manufactured have been put on Dutch auction. At the end of the auction, it has been decided that it be undertaken for 235 piasters at the rate of rayic-i bender by Mahmud Batarcı (?) under the guarantee of Zeki Kutb (?) Effendi. The 12th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)314 (24th of November 1898).
