Mahal-i mezkûrun keşfi icrâ edilerek fenn-i mi’mâriye muvâfık keşf-i evvel defteri ba’de’l-tanzîm tahmîn kılınan masârifâtın münakasaya tarh edilmiş ve tergibât-ı aleniye-i müessire icrâ olunduktan ve talib bulunanlar keff-i yed eyledikten sonra merbûten takdîm kılınan keşf ve münakasa pusulası mûcibince sağ akçe hesâbıyla 19700 guruş ve Hacı Mehmed Hasan Zalattin (?) kefâletiyle Hacı Hamid İbna (?) uhdesinde takarrür etmiş olmağla ol babda. Fi 22 Ağustos sene 1311 (3rd of September 1895).
