It has been announced that meat and unions needed for all soldiers, including those working in offices and hospitals, in the fifth army division in Damascus and nearby namely: Wâdi al-'Ajam qadâ’, Dûmâ, Hûrân sub-district (Sanjaq), al-Masmiyyah and Al-Burâq, are proposed for Dutch auction. So, whoever wants to tender should contact the municipal department within two days starting at the date below. Accordingly, these directions were announced on the 27th of Nîsân (1)315 (9th of May 1899).
