The education directorate of Jerusalem was informed on the issue that the mayor of Jerusalem, Feyzullah Efendi, who wrote a book called “Fethurrahman” was allowed to publish it, however only five of them out of three thousand to be stamped and the rest are not to be searched. Signed by Feyzullah Efendi,the Mayor of Jerusalem and seal of Maarif Nezreti.
