Answer to the telegram of the Greek government that finally refuses to send some money they had promised. Financial situation and elections. Conflict between the Metropolitan of Bethleem and Gerasimos. Russian influence during the elections (and in general).

Many annotations. At the top of the document there is the signature of Dragoumis the Foreign Affair minister that must have commented it after recieving the letter the 29th of August. Then, he must have sent it to the ambassador Mavrogodatos, who has recieved it the 18th of September. He has also written and signed the document and we can see a stamp of the Greek Embassy of Constantinople next to the stamp of the Ministry.
