Telegram in which he describes the riots of the "indigenous" [orthodox?] against the construction of a new monastry on the old one by the Brotherhood. They closed two churches and they were threatening to death the skeuophylax. The new Governor was supporting the riot and the "indigenous" were thinking that the Imperial government was also backing them because of the anticonstitutional positions of the Brotherhood.
