80 bottles of the 100 bottles of diphtheria serum sent for the sanjak from the Ministry of Imperial Military Schools have been apportioned delivered to the municipal offices of subordinate kazas as shown above. It is appropriate to send a decree to the kaymakamlıks of the said kazas that the said bottles be consumed and the cost of 1,020 piasters as respected current akçe be rapidly delivered. The 6th of Mayis (1)312 (18th of May 1896).
