On the 16. day of this month, the buildings of the Ottoman administration and public offices shall be decorated for the Sultan's birthday. Hence, as regards bringing, as usual, the necessary tree leaves from surrounding villages, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Municipal Police Force. The 14th of Kânûn Awwal (1)314 (26th of December 1898).
