It has been understood from the report, dated on the 1st of Kânûn Thânî (1)324, which was presented by Nasrî Effendi, one of the municipal engineers, that the opening of the public sewer located in Khân al Qubt is damaged and it is necessary to fix it for fear of further damage. Accordingly, the council has decided that the municipality will repair it with the knowledge of the engineer, the recommended person and one of the inspectors, Mûsâ ‘Aghâ. In order to pay the necessary sum from the municipality’s treasury, this decision was issued on the 1st of Kânûn Thânî (1)324 (14th of January 1909).
