It has been understood from current complaints, that most people hesitate to accept and deal with the Majîdî riyâl and exchange it within the allowed limits. Since this practice is illegal, and could cause trouble, it is not negotiable. Accordingly, the people, including money exchangers, merchants and other guilds/ sectors, must deal with the mentioned riyâl and its categories that have the sign of the coin. Those who violate this decision expose themselves to punishment. So, beware of this violation. In order for this to be known, these procedures were published on the 1st of Kânûn Thânî (1)324 (14th of January 1909).
