The expenditures of the Municipal Hospital consist of 120,000 piasters, but since it was deemed necessary to further construct some neighborhoods, there is a now a need for 20,000 piasters other than this amount. As it turned out according to this account that half of the said taxes can be taken for the reparation of the Jaffa road, it is appropriate to take necessary action in respect thereof.
