The livestock sale tax of the center of Jerusalem pertaining to the state and the municipality was opened to Dutch auction to the account of the year 1315 (1899-1900) and after the completion of bidding, it was decided that it be submitted to Abdürrezzâk Al Ali through the guarantee of Hâfız Effendi Al Ali at a rate of 10,100 piasters. Since the said tax reached its previous price, it is appropriate to advance the decision date and to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council in order to announce it in its legal period. The 6th of Mârt (1)315 (18th of March 1899).
