Papers on Petros Sarajian, the principal of the Jarangavorats Seminary. The latter introduces to the patriarch the 5-year program of the seminary asking for confirmation. Attached is the list of the subjects to be taught, the timeline and the list of the teachers. Principal Sarajian, general assembly member Mesrop Nshanyan and principal Matevos Gayegchyan introcude their resignation letters to the patriarch. Vardapet Mushegh accuses Patriarch Harutyun of the condition of the patriarchate, critizising him for a number of inquities.
