System of arrangement

The same principle of description was adopted for this box as for the previous box: preservation of the existing material order, transfer of the title of the envelopes, then verification of their contents, in particular for the establishment of time lines. All the individual files of sisters originally included in the same box as these documents were extracted; they were reintegrated into the collection of the individual files. Similarly, war damage files were distracted to join the documentary part on the 1914-1918 war. On the other hand, the distracted property titles of the former were returned to be attached to the property management binder set up for administrative purposes.
