Upon the letter, dated 5 January 1905 and numbered 169, by the Waqfs’ Accounting, regarding the Dutch auction of the remainder of candles put and donated to the tomb of Prophet Rubil during pilgrimage
The said candles were put on Dutch auction and in accordance with the hereby presented bill, it was decided that each kilo be undertaken by Bendeli Al Meşhur at a rate of 2 piasters. The 27th of Kânûn Awwal (1)320 (9th of February 1905).
