We announce that according to the official correspondence received from the imperial Ministry of the Interior, dated on the 24th of Huzayrân (1)316 and bearing the number 82, that in order to generalize the planning of opium, it has been decided not to demand the payment of the tithe for one year of preparation (?). In order for this to be known, these directions were published on the 19th of Tammûz (1)316 (1st of August 1900).
