In the inspection register given on 18 December 1905 by the municipal engineer, it is stated that the course of toilets in the upper floor of the Municipal Hospital is dilapidated; an installation of iron pipes would lead the roof of the ground floor to drain, and thus that the said reparation would require 1,687.5 piasters. A negotiation has been held and it has been understood that reparation must be immediately done and that a lack of reparation would lead to higher costs in the future. All the sources allotted in this year’s budget for the reparation of the said hospital have been expended. Hence, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council to take a decision on realizing the reparation this year and covering its cost through non-budgetary means. The 10th of Kânûn Awwal (1)321 (23rd of December 1905).
