According to the plan and inspection report enclosed herewith, the land value and construction cost of the said hospital shall amount to 357,494 piasters as respected current akçe. The municipal council discussed the matter of the covering the construction and administration cost of this hospital and it was understood that economically speaking, it would be sufficient to take the hides of the animals slaughtered in the slaughterhouse. In order to take necessary action in respect thereof, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council. The 29th of Nîsân (1)315 (11th of May 1899).
