In the telegram sent on 3 October 1898 by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, it has been urgently requested that the sheet comprising of some questions regarding current hospitals be filled in and immediately delivered due to the urgency of the task at hand. Since the sheets requested from the kazas of Jaffa and Gaza have not been delivered yet, it is thus appropriate to notify the kaymakamlıks of these two kazas via a decree about their immediate delivery. The 26th of Tishrîn Awwal (1)314 (7th of November 1898).
