The form, requested from the kaza of Hebron and comprising of information regarding the current amount of cereals and the amount of stock exceeding local needs and thus that can be exported, has not been delivered yet. Hence, as regards the immediate delivery of the said sheet, it is appropriate to notify the Kaymakamlık of the Kaza of Hebron via a decree. The 26th of Tishrîn Awwal (1)314 (7th of November 1898).
