Adjacent to the holy office of Seyyidena Davud Aleyhisselam, inhabited by Sheikh Hüseyin Effendi and Sheikh Hasan Effendi, and under the trustyship of Ömer Mahmud Effendi and Abdullah Beşer Deccani Effendi, a room is about to collapse, posing a threat, and thus in need of demolition. It was stated in the municipal engineer’s report dated 30 December 1908 that it must thus be demolished, and a warning was issued to the said persons for removing the imminent danger either by reparation or demolition. However, nothing has been done yet; hence, in accordance with the 48. article of the Public Buildings Regulation in effect as regards this matter, it must be demolished and demolition expenses covered from the wreckage cost; if not, collected from the persons in question after the arrangement of a mandate of a committee composed of the council member Muhammed Kâtip Effendi and the engineer Nasır Effendi, muhtar of the, and an official from the municipal police force. It is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Gendarme Commandership for taking due action in respect thereof. The 1st of Kânûn Thânî (1)324 (14th of January 1909).
