Confidential Report; proposal to buy 2 lots on Mount Zion: one of them is former American cemetery, in 1897 American consul wanted to sell it to Franciscans and started to remove bones to English cemetery, families and Greek Patriarchate are discontented. Russian consul apprehends difficulties with this lot and wants to bring down the price, but he is interested, since Russia doesn't have lots on Mount Zion.
