As stated in this petition, the said taxes have been bid by the petitioner for 45,000, to be offset for the year in question, under the guarantees of Muhammed Hamada Effendi, Alif Afifi Effendi, the son of Ragıb and Yusuf Effendi, and Musa Afifi Effendi, the son of Kamil. Despite necessary incentives, no other suitor has yet come up. Hence, following the Sanjak Administrative Council’s consideration on this subject, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council for explaining the proper course of action to be taken in respect thereof. The 12th of March (1)325 (25th of March 1909).
