Upon two letters, dated 3 January 1906 and numbered 266 and 267, by the German Consulate, regarding the granting of a hunting license for the Germans named Yakop Vays (?) and Katlop Sandal (?)
It has been understood that there shall be no harm for the said Germans to hunt in the region named Vad-al-ahere (?), which is located in the eastern part of the hometown and comes after the place named Aynu’l-aveze (?), near Bir-Ayub. The 21st of Kânûn Thânî (1)321 (3rd of February 1906).
