It has been understood from the report dated on the 31st of Kânûn Thânî (1)321, presented by the municipality’s engineer, Nasri Effendi that the bridge located on the carriage road that extends from qûmbâniyyat Al Tijâra (commercial quarter)??, near Aydalyâ’s house is damaged and obstructs the passing of carriages in addition to having many risks. It needs 208 piasters to be paid in installments for repairs. Since this is necessary, it has been decided to carry out these repairs with the knowledge of one of us, Andûnî Effendi and the recommended engineer. In order to obtain an approval and pay the allocated money from the municipality’s treasury, this decision was issued on the 1st of Shubât, (1)321 (14th of February 1906).
