Upon the letter, dated 3 February 1906 and numbered 106, by the Mail and Telegraph Directorate, regarding the Dutch auction of transfer fees of mails sent from Jerusalem, Hebron and Bethlehem
The transfer fees written in this letter and in the attached three Dutch auction bills were put on Dutch auction, with incentives given to those who may need them. After the completion of bidding, it was decided that the transfer of Jerusalem mails be undertaken by Reşid Al Dekkak at a monthly rate of 350 piasters as respected current akçe; Bethlehem mails by Mihail Yusuf Talmas from Bethlehem at a rate of 115 piasters; and Halil mails by İbrahim Al Şerbati at a rate of 190 piasters. The 22nd of Shubât (1)321 (7th of March 1906).
