Tarik tevsi’i için hedm olunmuş olan anbar ebniyesi gayet köhne ve hübûta yüz tutmuş olduğu herkesin ma’lûmu olup enkâzı aslen nâfi olmadığı ve anbar-ı mezkûrun arâzisi mesahâsı altmış dört zür’âdan ziyâde bulunmasından naşi tahmin kılınan dört bin guruş mevk’ie göre derece-i i’tidâlde bulunmuş olduğundan ve senevî seksen liradan yüz liraya kadar icâr olunması için iktizâ edecek ebniye istiâbına kâfi olmadığı derkâr bulunmuş olmağla ol babda.
