Upon the decree, dated 11 October 1898 and numbered 43, sent by the Ministry of Finance, regarding the salt silo
Since no moat has been heretofore filled for the construction of shops, a suitable piece of land shall be assigned for its construction at the surplus space to be left after the road expansion through filling. As this land could be formerly valorised, it is appropriate to notify in reply that the matter shall be dealt with when the relevant work is initiated. The 19th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)314 (1st of December 1898).
