The council has decided to rent out its Bâb Al-Wâd Hotel to Khawâjah Sulaymân Rozintâl for one year, starting on the 20th of March (1)315, for a sum of thirty French Liras. He will be paid a sum of four French Liras to clean and disinfect the well, and the lease will be paid in two installments; on the day of the lease he will pay 13 French Liras and six months from that date another thirteen French Liras. In order to sign the lease contract in this manner, this decision was issued on the 19th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)314. The 19th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)314 (1st of December 1898).
