The said road was opened ten years ago; and our council is unsure whether it was opened from the petitioner’s land or that of Hoca Gök’s (?). It has thus been decided that the necessary amount for expansion be provided from both sides. However, Hoca Gök’s (?) land is enclosed with a masonry wall, and there is a house inside. As his due share shall be taken in accordance with the Public Buildings Regulation if a building is constructed, and there is now a definite need for the expansion of this road, it has thus been settled by the Sanjak Administrative Council that this and other roads be rapidly expanded. It is thus appropriate to relegate the matter and issue an order to whom it may concern that necessary action be taken to explain that the share falling to the petitioner’s land not encircled by a building be definitely reserved to the road.
