They were recently informed that their relative Nikolas Theodori (Νικόλας Θεοδωρή) from Abyssinia, died four years ago and that all his belongings were sent by the king of Abyssinia to the Coptic Patriarchate in Cairo; and because the petitioners, along with his wife and sister who live in Egypt are his lawful heirs, and because the petitioners can't go to Egypt, they ask that the priest of Alexandria be informed to consider the matter and send them their share from the inheritance. Also to look at the collective petition (mazpata) of the priests and mukhtars of Jerusalem, which proves that the petitioners are the lawful heirs of the deceased.
