Long ago he asked to be given a house, because he lives in a derelict place; Karousis (Καρούζης) wants to repair the house of Saig (Σαίγ) at his own expenses and live there, but Sakakinis (Σακακίνης) is trying to persuade the neighbours not to accept him, and he secretly wants to make him pay rent; but Karouzis, who is a good man, is weak, so he asks to be allowed to stay in the above-mentioned house.
