They came from Halepi with their older brother to attend a school and their brother was supposed to work. But the commissioner of the job in Tapahana didn't hire the brother. They are requesting to be ordered [to hire him], and for them to be admitted to the Preparatory School, or to be given the travel expenses so as to return back to their hometown.
