His cousin is away in Egypt, he owns a piece of land close to Tantour. Recently, a man named Iskenter notified the consul (of Austria) that his cousin stole part of the land in Tantour {….}. This part of the property used to be fenced many years ago. Many people are aware of those land borders, including the people in Tantour. Also the property titles (Kotzania) mark the borders. But the consul doesn't want to listen to complaints. This is why the petitioner is requesting from His Beatitude to discuss with the consul about this legal claim.
