Upon the telegram sent by the Beirut province on 7 July 1900 regarding the Dutch auction of the provisions funds of the province of Hijaz
The situation has been announced, but no one has shown any interest here. The 4th of Tammûz (1)316 (17th of July 1900).

حيث فهم بانه مقتضى تعيين حارسين لاجل حراسة الدكاكين الكائنة على الطريق التي خلف المنشية الموصلة الى فوتسلاتو ؟ دولة فرنسا والتي على طريق يافا مع تعليق وتنوير ثلاثة فوانيس وأرباب هذه الدكاكين قد تعهدت بدفع المصارفات اللازمة لذلك . بناءا عليه تنسب بتحرير اصحاب الدكاكين المذكورى ويترتب عليهم شهري مائتين وثلاثين قرش وتحصيلها بمعرفة التحصيلدار . وصرف معاش الحارسين وبدل تنوير الفوانيس المذكورة من صندوق البلدية شهرا بشهر اعتبارا من وقت التعيين والتنوير . ولاجراء الايجاب صار اعطاء هذا القرار في 4 تموز 316 __ رباح بكر نصري مصطفى

تنسب مجلسيا بتأجير الدكان الصغيرة الواقعة خارج باب الخليل بلصق السور سفلى قهوة دير الروم الى مستأجرها السابق الافندي السراج عن مدة سنة كاملة من ابتداءا شهر محرم 318 باجرة قدرها ستة ليرات فرنساوي تدفع لصندوق المجلس ==== وتصديقا على ذلك صار اعطاء هذا القرار في 12 تموز 316 .

Upon the telegram sent on 12 July 1316 by the Kaymakamlık of Beersheba regarding the demand for tents

Concerning the transportation cost of the tents necessary for Beersheba
The Kok Company’s deputy has stated that the 6 tents, five of which have 12 poles and the other of which have one pole, have been used for two-three years, but they are durable and solid, adding that he could sell them for 65 French liras. Other itinerant contractors have been summoned and asked about the matter, but it has been understood from their replies that they have no other tent with a price more suitable than this. The 20th of Tammûz (1)316 (2nd of August 1900).

لدى تلاوة الاستدعا المتقدم من طرف الخواجه جرعيس فريست الالماني المستدعى به انشاء أبنية من طرفه علاوة على أبنية لوقانده البلدية بموجب الخريطة التي قدمها وأن يعقد له بدل أيجارها لمدة خمسة عشر سنة . بناءا عليه تنسب بأول الامر تدقيق الخريطة المذكورة وتخمين مصارف الابنية المطلوب انشائها مجددا مع بيان أجناس وأصناف ومقدار الكرسته المقتضى وضعها. ولاجل ذلك صار تعيين مكرمتلو الحاج بكر افندي والمهندس رفعتلو ابراهيم افندي وبيانا لذلك صار أعطاء هذا القرار في 20 تموز 316 ____ رباح نصري مصطفى

Upon the letter, dated 28 July 1900 and numbered 74, sent by the Bethlehem Directorate regarding the two archines of land integrated into the road from İbrâhim and İshâk Efraîm’s land.
Upon the petition previously presented by the said people named İbrâhim and İshâk Efrâhim and then relegated to the municipality, the said street has been inspected by our municipal engineer. It has been understood from the marginal note taken by the said engineer that two extra archines of land were illegally taken from the land in front of the house belonging to them, thus causing them a loss. In the marginal note written by our council on 25 April 1900, it was thus presented and stated that the necessary notification be made to the local administration in order not to create any inconvenience for the petitioners. The provision of the 9. article of the Public Buildings Regulation states that when there is a need for a space to be wholly taken from one part, or taken in addition to its share for the purpose of including it into road in accordance with the right direction, the cost of the amount not allowed by the other part shall be estimated on the basis of the written procedure regarding confiscation for public good and taken from those concerned. It has been considered necessary that, if it is possible to take spaces necessary for the right direction of the said road from both parts, two archines of land taken from the lands of the said İbrâhim and İshâk Efraîm in excess of their legal shares be returned to them and that, if possible, the cost of these two archines of land be collected, in accordance with the provisions of the said article, from the part whose owners did not renounce their lands and be given to the said persons. The documents on this matter are hereby returned. The 25th of Tammûz (1)316 (7th of August 1900).

حيث أن عثمان الشامي قد حضر وأفاد بأن الدكان العائدة للبلدية المؤجرة له الكائنة خارج باب الخليل وهي احد الدكاكين الثلاثة الخشب قد أحال ايجارها لاسم داود أمين الشرفا اعتبارا من ابتداء جمادى اولى 318 . وداود المذكور قد قبل هذا الايجار وتعهد بدفع الستة ليرات الباقية بموجب القسوط المحررة بالقونطراتو وما رؤي مانع لذلك . فلاجل تعديل دفتر قيود أملاك البلدية على هذه الصورة صار أعطاء هذا القرار في 25 تموز 316 .

يعلن بأنه فهم من التقرير المتقدم من مديرية التلغراف والبوسطة بالقدس لجانب المتصرفية الفخيمة المؤرخ في 26 تموز 316 نمرو سبعة وعشرين 27 بأنه قد صدرت الارادة السنية الشاهانية بوضع أصول حوالات ؟ البوسته لموقع الاجرا اعتبارا من ابتداء شهر أغستوس 316 , وذلك بالولايات والالوية التي على السواحل مع البلدان الكبيرة والتحرير عنها الشمندوقير. ويجري تطبيق ذلك بعموم الولايات والالوية فيما بعد ايضا ولاجل ان يكون معلوما صار نشر الكيفية في 26 تموز 316

يعلن بأنه مطروح لموقع المناقصة أنشاء سراي للحكومة السنية في قضاء بئر السبع بموجب الخريطة والشروط والكشف الموجودين . وقد تعين لمدة المناقصة مدة عشرة أيام اعتبارا من صباح يوم السبت الواقع في 29 تموز 316 ما عدا لأيام الجمعة والاحد وبعد مرور مدة المناقصة يصير تعليق ذلك لمدة ثلاثة أيام . فكل من يريد أن يناقص يمكنه ان يحضر يوميالمجلس الادارة من الساعة سبعة لحد الساعة العاشرة . وعلى الراغب ان يححضر كفيل ذي أملاك بقيمة خمسين الف قرش وهو مقدار ربع البدل المخمن ويصير الحجز على أملاك هؤلاء الكفلا في قلم الطابو والويركو والذين يريدون تقديم كفالة نقدية يلزم ان يضع له مبلغ عشرين الف فرش دبيوزيتو وهو بحساب في الماية عشرة من البدل المخمن. فكل من له رغبة يلزم ان يراجع مجلس ادارة اللواء بالايام المذكورة . ولاجل ان يكون معلوما صار نشر الكيفية في 29 تموز 316 .
