They discuss the need for establishing peace inside the brotherhood; other national issues. The resolution concerns the investigation of the financial issues of the Patriarchate introduced to the joint assembly of the central board. The 60-page report on the financial defalcations of vardapet Ghevond between 1889-1906 is prepared by Matevos Gayegchyan.
