Correspondence between priest Sahak Sargsyan and Matevos Izmirlyan; between Malachia Ormanian and Matevos Izmirlyan; letters from Simeon Seferchyan to Patriarch Harutyun; financial lists prepared by bishop Gevorg Yeristyan; a congratulatory note to Patriarch Harutyun. Sahak Sargsyan and Izmirlyan discuss the distrust and discontent of the authorities towards Izmirlyan, the lies spread by Yeghishe Chilinkeryan, etc. Sahakyan asks Izmirlyan to keep in a neutral position regarding the Armenian Patriarchate of Jerusalem not to excite the anger of the government, to which Izmirlyan responds that he had never attempted to interfere in the convent's businesses. They also discuss some financial issues of the brotherhood, as well as personal issues. Ormanian and Izmirlyan discussing the financial and other defalcations done by Ghevond Makhsudyan, the fact that Ghevond had come up with appeals and requests to the Ministry of Justice. They discuss the inner issues of the Jerusalem patriarchate, the huge debts. They mention about some of the issues of Jarangavorats Seminary, the behavior of some rebellious monks, their personal issues. In the administrative decree it is ordered to carry out financial examinations in the patriarchate's accounts for the period between 1892-1905. The bulletins discuss the need for expelling Matevos Izmirlyan from Jerusalem. There is also an article called "The Shabat" from an unknown journal.
