Upon the letter, dated 7 October 1900 and numbered 118, by the Area Commandership regarding the announcement of the provisions of the Ottoman soldiers in Jerusalem
As of Monday 7 am, coinciding with the 25. day of this September, announcements were made about the said provisions through both publication and town-criers. Even though information was additionally given to possible suitors, no one applied to our council for the Dutch auction. The 27th of Aylûl (1)316 (10th of October 1900).
