Half of the salary of Alî al-Yaman will be deducted for insubordination after he was told about his violations several times. Half of the salary of Salîm Abû al-Sa’ûd will be deducted for repeated disregard for matters related to his job. Five days will be deducted from Mahmûd ’Uwîda and Nicola Ishâq Ibrâhîm’s salaries for loitering during work. Dâwûd Qataniya and Abdul-Fattâh were brought to the council and reprimanded for loitering during work.
Because the above mentioned municipal inspectors are lazy and insubordinate during working hours, it has been decided to penalize Alî al-Yaman and Salîm Abû al-Sa’ûd by deducting half of their salaries. Mahmûd ’Uwîda and Nicola Ishâq Ibrâhîm were penalized by deducting five days from their salaries, and Dâwûd and Abdul-Fattâh were reprimanded in order to pay more attention while working making them an example to others. Therefore, this decision was issued on the 21st of March (1)333 (21st of March 1917).
