We announce that the telegram dated on the 9th of August (1)324, which was presented by the Ministry of Interior, that miri (land) tax collections are stalled and the people are refusing to pay. Since tax exemption is not allowed, especially at the present time, which is a time of economic hardships for the government, taking care of collections should be a rapid process. Anyone who refuses to pay land taxes will be treated according to the law in order to maintain the rights of the state. And in order for this to be known, these procedures were published on the 18th of Agustos (1)324 (31st of August 1908).
