Name of the Waqf: “Waqfs of Seyyid Ömer el-Mucerred ve Abu Madyan al-Ghauth and al-Hajj Kasım al-Maghribi ibn Abdullah in Jerusalem and the Waqfs of Hâce Necme binti Hacı Muhammed el-Mağribî ve Seyyid Muhammed bin Hacı Abdulmağribî ve İsmail bin Hacı Muhammed el-Mağribî ve Seyyide Cennet binti Hacı Muhammed el-Mağribî ve Seyyide Hatice binti Muhammed el-Mağribî ve Seyyid Muhammed bin İsmail nâm kimesnelerin her biri Kuds-i Şerîf’de Meğâribe ve Şeref ve Bâb-ı Hutta ve Bâbü’l-‘Amûd Mahallelerinde vâkiʻyedlerinde mülkleri olan dâr ve ıstabl ve eşcârı which were founded for the benefits for the formers.; Name of the duty: supervisor, inspector, keeper of the tomb; Fee: set fee; Reason for the change: death; Name of the officer: Maghribi al-Hajj Beşir Efendi ibn Abdüsselam al-Hasanî. Observations: Until the end of the court process the lands of the waqf would not be rented to any tax-farmers and would be entrusted whether the hands of the keeper of the tomb or another trustworthy man. At the end of each record, it is also stated that the details of the appoinment were recorded in “Tafsîl Registers” and gave the exact numbers of the records.
