The vaccination official Hüseyin Remzi Effendi shall go to Gaza in order to vaccinate the children living there. As regards paying his salary of 400 piasters as of the beginning of December of this year (13 December 1898) to the account of three months, giving him an allowance depending on the distance between the villages in Gaza and assigning a cavalier to escort him, it is appropriate to notify the Kaymakamlık of Gaza via a decree. The 10th of Shubât (1)314 (22nd of February 1899).
