Ta’mirât-ı mezkûre masârif-i muhamminesi münâkasaya tarh edilerek ba’del-keff-ül-râğbat geçer akçe olarak 21.000 guruşda ve Cirbis Bedur kefâletiyle Corci Bedur uhdesinde takarrür etmiş ve meblağ-ı mezkûr ile ihâlesi olunub olunmaması re’y-i âlîyyeye me’nut bulunmuştur Effendim.
