Upon the Waqfs Directorate’s marginal note, dated 29 August 1910 and numbered 173, regarding the organization of a Dutch auction for the estimated expenses of the reparation of Num’ye (?) bridge in Jericho
The reparation expenses of the said bridge have been put on Dutch auction. Necessary incentives have been given to relevant people. In accordance with the hereby presented Dutch auction bill, it has been decided that the work be undertaken at a rate of 6,500 piasters as respected current akçe by Yusuf Mahla (?) under the guarantee of Mualliam Tanas Al Halebi (?). The 13th of Aylûl (1)326 (26th of September 1910).
