Upon the Waqfs Directorate’s letter dated 16 June 1910 and numbered 21, regarding the organization of a Dutch auction for the Birket-i Maşallah water
The said water has been put on Dutch auction As no one has put forth a higher bid, it has been decided that it be provided at a rate of 8 French liras. This is presented to the Waqfs Directorate as regards taking due action in respect thereof. The 10th of Huzayrân (1)326 (23rd of June 1910).
