Upon the telegram sent on 24 April 1907 by the Kaymakamlık of Halil regarding the fact that the intestine taxes of Halil for 1323 (1907-1908) have reached 4,500 piasters
It is appropriate to report in reply that the costs of the said intestine taxes have been increased to 4,600 piasters by its suitor here. The 17th of Nîsân (1)323 (30th of April 1907).
