Upon the telegram sent on 1 June 1907 by the Ministry of Internal Affairs regarding the delivery of wheat to the Gate of Felicity
It has been understood by our council that wheat cannot be delivered from here to the Gate of Felicity, since the amount of wheat crops is very low in Jerusalem, falling short of the needs of the townsfolk and wheat is thus imported by merchants and sold to people. It is still appropriate to relegate the matter also to the Sanjak Administrative Council. The 23rd of Mayîs (1)323 (5th of June 1907).
