Upon the Sanjak Administrative Council’s decision dated 11 May 1909, regarding the collection of the expenses, incurred the roads opened at the eastern side of the Russians’ buildings outside the city, from the owners of betterment tax
The above-written marginal note by the said committee has been examined by our council and its content has been deemed suitable. It has been considered that 80 liras deemed appropriate to be given to Sheikh Hasan Denif (?) Effendi, be paid following the collection of 283.5 lira, the cost of the betterment tax, allotted on the persons specified in the attached register. The 5th of Mayîs (1)325 (18th of May 1909).
