Upon the report given on 12 December 1906 by the Municipal Police Force
The requested coal was put on Dutch auction and it was decided that each kilo be provided at a rate of 0.18 piasters as respected current akçe by Hac Yusuf Abu Al Dula (?) under the guarantee of Yakup Abu Al Dula (?). The 2nd of Kânûn Thânî (1)322 (15th of January 1907).
